Cori Harding

Founder, Compass Performance Group

Cori Harding is an executive leader, advisor, and coach with over 25 years of leadership experience, including leadership roles within TD Bank.

She has led large, complex teams of over 300 people, built and scaled national channels and programs, and held senior roles across sales, product management, and distribution strategy. Her career has been defined by one consistent outcome: elevating performance by developing people and strengthening the systems that support them.

A Different Perspective on Performance

Cori’s approach to performance was shaped not just by success, but by a deep understanding of the complexities organizations navigate as they grow and evolve.

Throughout her career, she has worked within environments where:

  • High performance was a consistent expectation

  • Leaders were navigating increasing levels of responsibility and complexity

  • Strong talent was present across all levels of the organization

She is known for being a leader who gets to the heart of issues, identifying root causes in order to create sustainable and elevated business performance.

These experiences shaped a clear point of view:  Sustainable performance doesn’t come from pressure. It comes from well-designed systems, clear alignment, and leaders who are developed to lead effectively.
